My son, John, who is visiting from Oklahoma City, went walking with me and Elray at Jesse James Park. A little chilly. Very few people out.

Workout 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Skechers GoFit

Very busy gym at a different time, so we worked where there weren't too many distractions. I did some range-of-motion stuff with my arms and shoulders, and I did well on them. Good, since I have injured my shoulders in the past. We used 15 and 20 lb weights again today. Ended up with alternating heavy ropes and walking backward up the ramp with a sandbag.

9Round 32:00 [4]
ahr:110 max:124 shoes: Skechers GoFit

Really sore legs and butt from yesterday's 100 challenge. Today we had two challenges--at round two it was Burpees for 3 minutes, and I managed 34. The rest of the workout was not that tough, except for being sore.

Dog Walking 28:15 [2] 1.55 km (18:14 / km)

We went to Mack Porter Park, and finished just as it started to rain.

9Round 32:00 [5]
ahr:120 max:150 shoes: Skechers GoFit

Today we did the 100, and I hit 100% MHR on several stations. This is always grueling. Especially hard was the 100 mountain climbers, 100 right round kicks, 100 left round kicks and the 100 flutter kicks. Glad that's over for a couple of months, but I made my 100 at all the stations.

Orienteering 27:38 [3] ** 1.5 km (18:25 / km)
spiked:7/9c shoes: INOV8 TrailRoc 235

Did the Beginner course while working at the Possum Trot. I got some cold, wet feet right at the beginning from the tall grass. Two mistakes. Going to 5 I wasn't pace counting, thought I was North of the control and went south. Then figured out I should have gone north. The other was more of a poor route choice. Going to 7 I cut through the field and ended up too far west--It would have probably been faster to follow the trails.
