After recycling, took Elray to Riverfront Park for some much needed exercise. Temps were in the upper 70's, and humid, but overcast and a nice day for a walk.

Workout with Jared. Lots of tricky agility drills. I also pulled the sled for the first time, as opposed to pushing the sled.

After voting, I went to 9Round for a very sweaty workout. Lots of squats and pushups and doing stuff while holding weights.

Did the Lost Trail with my 3-20 second HIIT sprints. I was a little tired, so this about did me in. My legs are getting used to it, though, I finished 2:15 ahead of the pacer.

After the storm passed, I took Elray to Watkins Mill. Mid-70's, cloudy, high humidity and a nice breeze. We got light rain off and on, and walked all the way to the overlook, stopped for a few minutes, and walked back. Elray had started panting a lot, so I took it slower than usual. Also, this was my rest day, since I have been sore all week. I did want to get my ten-thousand steps in.
