Not as tough today as some, which was good since my shoulder still hurts a bit, but I think it is better. My arms got really tire on 7 with using a medicine ball for punching the bag for three minutes.

Took Elray to Jesse James Park and we walked clockwise. She was really good but a bit hyper since she hadn't been walked since Saturday because of the rain and social obligations. Good news--no dive-bombing mockingbirds today.

Workout with my trainer. I did really well with my balance and agility tonight. We did lots of upper body stuff, and all went well with my shoulder except for one move.

Not my usual time of day because I had to take my car in for maintenance. I also took it a little easy on the Burpees because of my sore shoulder, but not a bad effort. Besides, I needed a break from mapping parking lots.

Note

Somehow I hurt my right shoulder during Restorative Yoga. Hard to believe, since you don't really do anything. At the end of class, our final pose was feet up the wall, and we had a much larger crowd than usual, so I was jammed into a corner. Usually I go to this pose on the left, but I had to go on the right, and that must be what happened. Kind of the opposite of getting on a horse.

After having spent yesterday being social and enjoying my Mother's Day in Lawrence, and doing nothing but eating, I went back to work this morning. The second round was the CHOW, total number of Burpees in three minutes. I managed 32 and felt like I was dying. We had another round that alternated two shin kicks with two Burpees, and I did a bunch more. This was a tough day.
