Went out with ElRay to hang flagging with control numbers on the last two points, then decided to add one more. Cold and windy, but felt good after I got out of the open area.

Busy day at the gym. I shared rounds with another woman, much younger, and we alternated on some of the stuff, which kept me on my toes since I needed to keep the timing. Good practice.
Burpee Friday. My HRM quit working in the middle of my workout, and I figured the battery died. About five minutes later, it came back on. Must be Christmas gremlins.

Putting out tapes with control numbers on the southern two-thirds. I had ElRay with me, and that took longer. Also, I found more fences. All but two tapes are out now.
Flagging at Hodge Park. The south entrance was locked tight, so I flagged all the northern control locations, and decided I didn't like one, so it will be changed. It was really muddy and slick on the trails. I wasn't wearing O shoes, and had to go really slow in a few places. Great weather for the end of December. I hope to finish flagging tomorrow before the weather caves.
Workout with Jared. Did my agility drills with resistance today. Then, at the end when my arms were already worked out, we did the ropes, except I did them on one leg which was on a balance cushion.

9Round was very challenging today (or was I just tired). I stayed in the red through several stations, and was in the yellow most of the rest of the time.
Multi-tasking by bringing ElRay with me on the Orange Course. I moved two controls, and put in a fence, a ditch and some more trails. They are making trails out there faster than I can map them. Quite a few are even flagged. It was an interesting exercise when I went around one side of a small tree and ElRay took the other side. She did a good job of jumping over fences and stumps, and crossing streams. It was really slow going because of lots of wet and slick trails. My shoes are really trashed. I had planned to go back later this afternoon, but the mist showers and mud changed my mind.
