Weekly workout with Jared. Got to push the sled tonight, and ended up with pull through planks.

Lots of balance stuff today, like jab/cross standing on one leg. Hardest was having legs on an exercise ball and using legs to pull ball to chest and back.

Several different types of moves today. I did well on the balance-core work at the last station. Also, I don't like them any better, but I think my form doing burpees is getting better.
