Intervals down the driveway. Sprinted down, a 5, and walked back, a 2. Then an Achilles stretch. Most of the driveway is in the shade, so that worked out well. Yes, that was 21 down-and-back repetitions.
I'm still sore in the mid-section from Thursday's workout. It wasn't the planks so much as the twists with a stretch band. They made me sore the last time I did them also.j
