Slogging intervals 22:00 [4] 3.5 km (6:17 / km)

Intervals down the driveway. Sprinted down, a 5, and walked back, a 2. Then an Achilles stretch. Most of the driveway is in the shade, so that worked out well. Yes, that was 21 down-and-back repetitions.

I'm still sore in the mid-section from Thursday's workout. It wasn't the planks so much as the twists with a stretch band. They made me sore the last time I did them also.j

Workout with Jared. Lots of agility moves after warmup. I've been following the plank story, and this is how I did my planks today. A few 30-second hold planks with my hands on an upside-down Bosu trainer. Then, still in the same position on the Bosu trainer, I slid my feet individually up and back, each five times, and did this for three sets. Wow! It actually was easier by the third set, since I finally figured out how to do this.

Heavied up a little on the weights and it was tough. I can tell that I'm getting stronger, when I finally catch my breath.
