Watkins Mill clockwise. This was the good, the bad and the ugly. I did the first km at 9:20, but it was all downhill (speed, not terrain) from there. The 2nd and 3rd lap weren't too bad, but the 4th, lots of climb, and the 6th, getting dizzy, low blood sugar? were ugly. Apparently aerobic training was overreaching, and anaerobic was impacting, so that was good. Too hot, and I forgot to use my inhaler. But I did it more for attitude adjustment than training.
