Since I charged my HRM last week, it seems to me that I'm working harder than what is being recorded. Today's CHOW was 2 roundkicks and ducking under the big bag. I did 36. Harder for short people to kick the big bag. I'm ok from my injuries, except for my pinkie finger, my right knee, and the bruise and road rash on my face. Shoulder and elbow felt fine.
