Yeah, I finished my underground map (at least until I have to change stuff for the construction they are doing). Now I need to bite the bullet and try to finish the above ground part.
Good workout today, and I thought I did well putting effort into it. Round 9 was holding plank position for three minutes, and if you broke position, you had to do a bunch of Burpees. But I held it. A very long three minutes. My heart rate went up to 84% of maximum for me. It always amazes me that your heart rate can go up like this when you're basically not moving.

Jesse James Park. Mostly, we kept up a good pace. The dive-bombing mockingbird was at it again, getting Elray all hot and bothered. The weather today is amazing. Nice cool breeze, and low humidity.
