A tough one today. Every station had 100 of something, plus something else for the three minutes. I really got my heart rate up with 100 right round kicks with 20 punches, then two rounds later, the same with the left leg. The 100 shin kicks all at one time were also a leg killer, and the last with alternating 100 flutter kicks with 10 dive bombers was not fun either. I managed to do all of the stations however, and felt really good about that afterward.
