wasn't intending to run this as a tempo but i just kept picking up the pace.
could have got sub 5m/k's if it wasn't so muddy, along the tracks and fields my feet were slipping behind me instead of pushing forwards each stride which was frustrating. but good to know i can get faster given the right conditions.

Crags then coppice via golf course. Jalas' made it a lot easier along the tops but very hard on the feet on firmer ground, blisters on heels and toes :(
