Down the canal to the Arboretum, explored some of the trails there and came back on Bronson bridge. Lots of puddles! Right leg hurt a little about 20 minutes in but went away after a bit of walking.

Very tired from the William Goat so I didn't do anything today. Also didn't want to stress my legs much more after the pain I've been having. Definitely‚Äč not a stress fracture, probably shim splint. I tried KT tape yesterday and it sorta worked. I still have it on and I'll go for a run tomorrow and see how it feels.
