Couch 2 5K, W4, D2. Same as day 1, but apparently quicker as more laps were done (43).
Knees hurt less than Thurs, so I must be getting used to the rubberized track. Of course, would rather be outdoor running across a field or down a trail.

W4 D1 of Couch 2 5K. Was hitting 3 intensity in jog parts. 1 is walking intensity, so average is a 2. Would have preferred to be outside, but was stuck doign the rubberized track. Pretty much this way until snow melts.
5 min Walk 3 min Jog 1.5 min Walk 5 min Jog 2.5 min Walk 3 min Jog 1.5 min Walk 5 min Jog 2.5 min Walk 1 min Walk to make it 30 minutes. 16 Jog / 14 Walk.
41 laps at 14 per mile = 2.93 miles. Got a little tired at end of last jog and was looking forward to stretching. Seems fast, but perhaps it is the rubberized track.
Snow shoveling with the brohans. We needed to take 1 minute breaks here and there due to the sub-zero wind chills and the need to warm up our hands - we were wearing gloves. Really was only a problem when shoveling facing the wind. A decent workout, but the exercise bike will be ridden later today!
No back issues. Stretch afterwards.

Was working from home today due to being snowbound. This was after the last teleconference.
Frustrated at having to come home and not be able to walk/jog at the gym at lunch. So, I took it out on the X bike at home and some weight. In the end, more calories were burned, but W4 D1 will need to wait until Thursday.
