Orienteering 1:13:43 [3] 5.4 km (13:39 / km) +42m 13:08 / km

Washington Crossing DVOA event. Struggled the first third (RCI perhaps, must be some residual N'awlins on the brain) of controls but felt better thereafter. Kept running into a bunch of Orienteers I hold in high regard in the latter 2/3 of the course. I can imagine how amusing the routegadget will be if you watch it in real time.

Not a physical course and the couple creek crossings were fun. I wonder what this dense park would be like in the winter months or early spring. :-)

Actual miles wandered - just a shade under 4. Forgot to turn on the GPS watch and forgot to turn it off as well. So, here is the track:

Some morning walks out to the plant, then walking in MSY, CLT and ABE Airports. Pedometer says 5.5 miles.

Lots of trips about the chemical plant - the walks out to the unit, to the lab or to the admin area are probably the only exercise I am getting this week. Pedometer says 8 miles today.

93 with 75 deg dewpoint in New Orleans. The trips out the the plant were most sweat inducing. Pedometer says 5 miles.
