Tiger Mountain training course set by Peteris, complete with flags and even e-punch! Some nice sections of forest but in general extremely rugged. Here the important thing is not how often you fall, but how well you can control your falls so that you fall safely without breaking or impaling yourself. I had only one bad one, where I was standing on/climbing over a log and my left foot slipped to the right so that it basically swept my right foot out and I flipped over and landed flat on my back on the ground next to the log.

I navigated fairly well; I was too low on the first control and had to climb back up 2-3 contours, but not too bad other than that. Also got stuck in a lot of dark green on the way to 8, but I didn't see a better route.

Running warm up/down 14:24 [2] 0.64 mi (22:30 / mi)
