Abject failure of a tempo run. I could tell early on that my legs were fatigued and would not be happy today. In fact, I made up a song: "My legs are unHAPPYYYYYY, clap along if you feel your legs are unhappy too, my legs are unHAPPYYYYYY..."

5x hill sprints. I started feeling like death after the fourth but suffered through one more before succumbing. I also missed Costa Rica go from 0-1 to 2-1 against Uruguay!
Happy World Cup Day! For the next few weeks I will be constantly torn between doing fun orienteering trainings and such, and watching the awesomeness of the World Cup. Must train...but, four years...Will's head so conflicted.
Let me lay out my current dilemma for you. Cycling to work has been a big part of my training routine for a long time. However, my employer has up and moved, resulting in my cycling commute expanding from seven miles one way to 19 miles one way. Predictably, this sorry state of affairs has had an adverse effect on my training over the past month or so.
I am currently exploring the idea of a part car/part bike commute, which will hopefully solve these issues.
