Note

Not sure why the third race at Sprint the GG is the only one without AP rankings, speed scores, etc. As that was my best race of the weekend I'd be very interested to see what I scored. I did however get some nice OUSA ranking points from the two sanctioned races - even not running my best race either day - so I'm not too worried about it.

In the past year or so I've upped my ranking from 69.38 to 86.49. I won't be going to any A-meets between now and March, so that will have to be my ranking for the Team Trials - meaning I will basically have to rely on my results at the meet. It's unfortunate that the middle at Pacheco was voided - I had a strong race there that definitely would have scored among my top four results and pushed me a bit higher. Such is life.

Still, I feel like I've made great progress over the past year (mainly in fitness) and I'm going to train hard for the next three months and we'll see what happens!

Morning run past Everest Park to downtown Kirkland, along the waterfront, and straight up 60th back home. It took a while to get loosened up in the cold and dark - at least it's dry right now. My calves and thighs are still fairly sore from the weekend.
