I basically took this entire week off, due to recovery from Edmonds Street Scramble plus a cold from Sunday onward.

I plan to get back at it early this week, starting with some cycling tomorrow, and then rest for the two or three days immediately in front of O' in the Oaks next weekend. Let's GO!
