Achievement unlocked - new bicycle acquired. A Cannondale CAAD 12 - more or less a newer relative of my old bike (RIP). They will have to pry this one from my cold dead hands.
In related news the net result of my interactions with my good friends at State Farm is that I'm out a $500 deductible, which is somewhat annoying but a lot better than being out full cost.
