Running 48:12 [3] 6.42 mi (7:31 / mi) +95m 7:11 / mi

At a bachelor party in Spokane/northern Idaho for the weekend and managed to sneak in a run. Around Manito Park, then over to High Dr and found a trail along the bluff with nice views of the Hangman's Creek valley below.

I like Spokane a lot and would totally live there; it is something of an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. In fact, as my athletic endeavors have slowly gravitated over the last 5-7 years from basketball, soccer, etc. to running, biking, and orienteering, I've realized that in my 5+ years of living there I never fully took advantage of what Spokane has to offer, and in certain ways my current interests should in fact point me back to Spokane over Seattle:

Trail running: Spokane > Seattle
Road cycling: Spokane > Seattle
MTB: Spokane > Seattle
O-terrain: Spokane >>> Seattle

Only problems are:

O-club/people: Seattle >>> Spokane
O-maps: Seattle >>> Spokane
