Another run in to work. Felt almost completely fine... a little short of breath early, and some intestinal discomfort. Starting to think whether some of the discomfort i'm getting is gut related, since it got smashed with antibiotics last year. I've also been reading about the vagus nerve and suggestions that it can link stomach issues with palapatations etc. will experiment with eating/not eating/no coffee before running etc.
Found a rad thing on iphone where you can get it to read a full page to you, so you can learn while you run without having to put up with podcast mindless chatter.
