Wilbo to ebenezer with an unfit craig. He felt the need to light it up twice on the way back... i let the wheel slip and tempo-ed back on, saving just enough to absolutely smoke him on the final sprint

commute via centennial park cx outer loop.
tried to not take any shortcuts and get an idea of just how much is rideable.
Had to unclip maybe 6 times and carry in deep sand, which is kinda what i expected.
also want to try and attack certain bits of this a try re-clipping like you would in a cx race.
took ages, and was pretty stuffed and sandy at the end.

Decided to try rolling with the dhbc club to try and get a bit more social. Been a pretty tough month or so and struggled a bit mentally. hope this helps.
Nice fast pace back from Lapa and a long coffee stop before some solo CP laps as it seemed a bit silly getting up at 5:30am to ride for only a little over an hour...
