having chest issues but mentally needed to get out, feeling very low. It looked like it was going to rain so hoped it would cool me off a bit.
Went cooks river aiming at getting to rookwood cemetary (which i've never seen) but had some sensations getting close to the end so turned back.
Cooks river bikepath was quite pleasant around this time with bad weather, just really flat. would do again.

Can get on Doncaster earlier

Bourke st cyclepath the whole way
Livingstone road up through stanmore
Illawarra road up to addison then as normal through newtown (will prob be the new norm)
Bite the bullet and go up victoria road through newtown

Cycling (TT) 1:12:29 intensity: (5:42 @0) + (58:58 @1) + (7:36 @2) + (13 @3) 29.75 km (24.6 kph) +136m
ahr:116 max:147 shoes: Cervelo P3

tt bike to CP on the way to work. Was able to stay in aero for 5 laps reasonably comfortably and speed was ok avg 35kmh. Had forgotten how crazy handling is on this bike, but how much faster it feels.
Noted that technique-wise its better to 'throw' my legs around instead of keeping tension... an ongoing theme post-op.
4 PM

Running 19:11 intensity: (10 @1) + (1:53 @2) + (14:54 @3) + (2:14 @4) 3.76 km (5:06 / km)
ahr:150 max:161 shoes: NB Vazee v4 Blue

Tried to run home before a teleconference but left a bit late, so had to stop mid run and t-conf while walking.
Felt tough in the heat.
