Metro div4
HR is definately out from wrist... was barely breathing and says it was 180... although i should have taken it easier than i did.
Got through div4 and was the right distance, but i think next time will do div3 and a bit slower.
No mistakes, lost 10seconds identifying a paved area at 4ish, and 'lost time' to the finish jogging.

SOS cherrybrook.
Set HR alarm to 160 and tried to slow down when it beeped, but wrist hr is so unreliable its hard... HR never really slowed even when almost walking.
Course was actually really tricky with multiple levels, and i misread the descriptions on a couple... some were especially tricky!

fun, but forest is a lot more fun while my speed is so slow
