Pace Athletic were doing their inaugural barangaroo club run so figured i'd do it as recovery (legs pretty tight after yesterday) as i was curious how they organise it, and chat to some strangers etc.
Pretty average experience tbh for me. the first k was through super-tight closed off bits of barangaroo and very very slow pace. on the way back did the wharfs just to stretch my legs out and the end was a non-event. Did have some chats with strangers tho, so i guess its a tick
maybe worth revisiting later when they're actually doing sessions, although i'm not sure what i would expect to get out of this.
dropped my cc somewhere.

6km of tempo at higher cadence - around 3:50 and low 90s bpm

Note

Both plantars a bit sore, guessing from iff-ey shoe choice the last two days
9 AM

Running 38:49 [3] 6.69 km (5:48 / km) +111m 5:21 / km
shoes: Adidas Adios Boost

Took Oscar out in the pram to Sydney park, and actually felt very spritely, so put a bit of a tempo effort in for 3k, which would have been at around 4min/ks if flat.
Nice to know that i could actually get some reasonable sessions in on daddy-day when all the ducks line up.
