Hong Kong - to mt Davis, up, down, and back by headtorch. Missed out on every segment by about 3 seconds.
Loving the training effect of steep ups, but more importantly steep downs. Really feeling it in a good way in muscles.

Hong Kong. Found a nice trail around the peak intending on going up high west from the west, but the final trail was very sketchy to be doing on my own, so took a more pavement route. From there went up Victoria peak, then down to the peak. Was half hour early so did an extra rep down and back.
Great running, but pollution was a bit concerning. More pavement and steps than ideal but ok given the gradients.
