After being advised yesterday that i was doing too many "goldilocks" runs, i'd planned to do a massive one this morning, but oscar thwarted my plans.
Instead did a good long session in neutral bay going up and down stairs and hills, with the flattest bit of the run being the Ben-Boyd climb.
Really felt i got a lot out of this session and the legs are pretty stuffed, will probably tweak it to find the optimal ascent on stairs and descent on a ramp to improve downhill strength as well.
Found a pretty cool little set of stairs down to the water at the bottom of boyd as well.
