Beer marathon started at 4pines. Hip felt terrible at first, but felt bearable (but still immobile after 2km or so. Shoulder started aching after 12km or so (even though it was taped), hip was sore, and fitness sucked, so pulled out at flatrock. Bummed to miss out on another important event in this year's calendar.

Finally got clearance from the physio to go on an easy run. shoulder started tightening up after 3km or so.
Hip felt awful from the very start... will need to sort that out. 5 weeks rest and it hasn't fixed itself.
