This was a course well suited to me (fast and not too technical) but was feeling it in my lungs immediately. still put a good effort in with record heart rates which suggest i'm not in the clear yet :( lost about 1 minute in one of the dunes as i lost confidence in where i was, seeing a track which was actually the shape of the clearing.
