From Leura to Wentworth Falls via the National Pass with Anne.
Probably the most spectacular run or bushwalk i've ever done. lots of stopping to take photos, and lots of ascent/descent. lots of waiting for anne in the second half, but she did well.

Calf is stuffed from yesterday. i have some KTape which i'll give a crack tonight, and do some dedicated hamstring etc stretching down that side.

Actually felt a bit more like i tore it yesterday. was aching a bit then there was one specific footstep where it suddenly was a lot sharper pain.
Hopefully feels ok to do a run in Blue Mountains this weekend.

Starting to feel slightly smoother, but its going to be a long road back

Was trying to run this at tempo but was slightly quicker. calf started tightening up after about 4km and had to reel it back to a plod.

easy runcommute.
Calf feeling a fair bit better, just a little twinge now.
Both sides feeling a bit under the weather tho... left foot, left hip/hammy, right knee etc.
Still think i'll feel ok to push at little bit in tomorrow's corp cup. will run tempo (4mink)
