Think it was pretty close to max effort. result LTHR 161bpm, similar to my running LTHR.
Probably will try to do it again in a week and try and maintain 165 for a better result.

Note

Exceptionally surprised by how well my body is recovering. Sunday and Monday was as expected, could walk, but slowly, with varying levels of energy, but today i can walk pretty much normally, energy is good, almost feel like i could go for a run (but won't).
Still not really enjoying food, my stomach must be recovering from cramming it in all day. Just need to make sure i'm getting vitamins, iron, and protein.
