5*800m 400m recovery. around 2:40 for each 800m My first track session. Ran with the London Fields Triathlon club. Great bunch of guys, and some good technique work. Kept up the with the 4 fastest guys which is great. Felt great to do some speed work, but will need to rest my calves now. Definately will be back again!
