Wilberforce ride with Craig. Got out early and did Kurrajong heights and Bowen Mountain Unfortunately took a wrong turn up Bowen so missed out on the segment... meh
Legs still don't feel right after the long flight. technique was an issue. sitting on someone else's bike didn't help either, but managed to get up both climbs. eat more, drink more, stay cool.
Craig was looking strong, although he would taper dramatically at the top of each climb and on the steep stuff.

Wilberforce, Australia Staying at my parents place so went out exploring the town i grew up in. Some firetrails, but mostly bitumen bashing. Lap of the park i used to play soccer at and lap of my primary school.
Felt like i couldn't get my technique right this run, and feel a bit swollen in joint afterward... probably from the planeride and jetlag

"6k at tempo" ended up a bit quicker than tempo as i forgot my target heartrate. total length was a bit shorter than it should have been because i gotta get stuff done before getting to the airport. excitement!
