Got a hard 4 miles to run this afternoon, thought it was on Sunday fs. Just gonna have to grind something out. Shin could do with an afternoon off tbh but will take tomorrow v easy

Hard 4 miles for a relay thing with some friends. Felt rank to start but turned into a much better feeling by the end. Considering some reps after but thought it was a bit silly with the old shin.
Legs feeling insanely DOMSy from yesterday which came as a bit of a surprise!

Good grind, Jamie very strong on the uphill which meant it was hard work. Beautiful day and the top was lovely. Cracking evening.

Monument with a less orthodox route. Loved it. Excited to extend my social life a bit come tomorrow. Was gonna cycle after this but had the cba, was soooo warm.

Squeezing a session in at the track. 10 minutes warm up then 10x300 with a 100m jog recovery in 40 seconds. Good session, hard work but not broken by the end. A few minutes off then 5 minute tempo to shake the legs out, which felt outrageously easy after the faster stuff.

All 300s were 50 or 49, 5 minutes at 3.14s.

Blackford and over. Feeling a lot better on the bike than I have yet, reckon some cycling fitness is arriving which is nice but not something I'm that desperate for tbh.

Easy monument. Planning my route to a sub 4 mile with Dad and Lizzie. Put myself at 4:15-20 shape now (haters will hate but that's being conservative) and reckon it's plummeting. Let's see how long I can not be entirely crippled.
Legs feeling a bit more rejuvenated after the weekend

Braco and over, very slow and tired. Some guy passed me at the bottom of the climb who was clearly slower so made sure he worked hard up the hill from a covid safe distance
