Monument with no friends. Loved hacking my way up through the woods, nothing better. Gave my arms a good scraping, feeling like a Viking. Shin pain there but it was nicely disguised by itchy and more superficial injuries from yesterday. No more than 1000 mins tomorrow I don't think...

Easy with Clare, lovely stuff. Realised Clare had something rubbing half way up the climb which meant we sped up a bit after.

Full Stansfield outing to Stealth-O behind the high school, little bit longer round the back road with Clare on the return.

Jog down then ORIENTEERING. Very enjoyable and very little from the shin which was a nice surprise, will keep up the 30-40 mins a day for the next few and see how things fare.
