Very enjoyable long run on BBM, some new paths explored. feeling good but still got a throaty thing/cough. Easy running will continue.

Not a good one. Pace felt horribly fast from the very beginning and was struggling in the mud. Beaten by a few of the folk who i beat last week, guess they were probably a bit stronger in the dirt. Feeling a bit rough when i woke up but fine by the time i was racing. Gonna take another week with no sessions but maybe a coupe fat days instead ;)
