Down with Pedley and Tom. First one 3:30s and then next two getting progressively slower. Extremely tough but we got some work in. Freshers week taking its toll.

This week I am gonna do 2 more cycles and not go too ham. Have one planned for Sunday and will maybe get a sorter one in tomorrow or Friday

Gladhouse with Narbett. Tired legs to be expected but thoroughly enjoyable. Some good chat.

On another note Narbett and I were debating the standard required to be in the BUCS xc A team.

We were talking about the 5k speed of the slowest member of the team of 6, but both understood that this wasn't necessarily directly comparable with XC.

I reckon the slowest person in the team will definitely be sub 15 standard, probably sub 1445 standard and a decent chance sub 1430 standard.

Narbett reckons 15:10-20 standard. Thoughts welcome, will be feels if I get none...
