Weather was unreal so out for a ride with Peters (who was also at the parkrun). Gladhouse loop in some lovely weather. Silly number of cars on the way out of Ed. Having to grind pretty hard on some of the climbs to stick on Peters' wheels but always had a little more in the legs. A good mornings work hoorah. 56km

With Narbett. Couple of easy climbs and then a hard third with some help. Sub 3:30 in 2 weeks and sub 3:10 by Christmas leeeets go.

This is gonna be a nice and easy few days until Sat then will start to grind a bit. Will try and find a good cycling running balance. Won't run over 80km/week for at least the next month. Having a bike will mean this doesn't lead to me getting itchy feet- told narbett I had the optimistic target of 200km/week and he told me I was a twat, we will see.
