Crash hit me hard. Met Eddie on the street who was on his way to the KF to do a session so said i would join. Jogging down felt hard af then was binned in literally the first 30 seconds of the first 4 minute rep. Hacked around 2 of them before giving in. Going to take a few easy days now, no sessions till the weekend.
