BnB with bois feat. a stop at the maccies to test out the new vegetarian wrap. Bit of a meh, not bad not good but passed the test and would eat again on a Monday when it is the wrap of the day.

running 17:00 [4] 5.0 km (3:24 / km)

Confirming that how fast you can run on a treadmill has no relation to how fast you are in real life. 4kms feeling very easy at 3:25s. 500 at 3:00s and then 500 at 2:30. Only occurred to me afterwards that i should have run 800 at the final speed. Next time aye...

Incline only at 1%, apparently it should have been nearer 2%. Guess that is the explanation, feels.
