Portobelo with Andy and Ali. Me and Andy hitting threshold on the way back with Ali just warming up. A lot of time in the sun today has got me nice and burnt.

Have not been having any issues with the foot the past few weeks, holding up well, touch wood. Shin got a bit sore towards the end of yesterday's run so a day off today will hopefully sort me out. Running a 5km a week from today which will be an entertaining indication of where my fitness at. I am pretty hopeful of a nice sub 16:45, but i think that might be pushing it after 4 weeks of 20, 37 and 30 miles... This week will probably be another 30 miler.

3x1km with around 2 minutes recovery. All around 3:05. Had planned on 5x1km in around 3:20 but Tom went off like rooocket and I was never gonna manage 5 at that pace... Still a solid session.
