4x5 minutes, HR surprisingly low... Felt foot a tiny bit on the last one but think it may have just been shoes as both feet felt it

Finding some legs again, nice to be out in some sweeet weather. Looking forward to spectating the weekends racing from a distance. I have had so long to come to terms with this season that by now I am only a little bothered. Haven't completely written myself off quite yet though ;)
