Session on the meadows with the boys. 4x3 mins (90 secs) then 6x300(90 secs). Feeling good on the threes, holding back a lot at the start then working reasonably hard by the last one. Felt really heavy legged on the first 300 and it didn't really get any better but grinding out solid paces considering!
Paces: 3.14, 3.07, 3.05, 3.06 then kept all the 300s between 45 and 48.
