Nice and easy pre breakfast with the squad boys. Top notch sunrise as well. First km felt horrible so stopped to relieve myself only for the girls to come running past. I had forgotten they started with us D:

10x300 with Tam and Ewan. Not too fast but enugh t get the leg moving.

4 mass start sprintervals. A good laugh and a good burn-up :P

Running late to football so had to go quite fast. Downhill most of the way but I didn't like running with the bag

Back from football to drop my bag then a lap of the bog and the seat very slooowly. Feeling pretty tired but that's not very surprising.

Warm up down to the KF.

4, 5, 6, 6, 5, 4 with one minute rolling recovery on the killing fields. Feeling pretty good but died a little on the second five. Good seeesh

Eeeasy feeling pretty dead to start with.
