Mas started with the boys then my head torch died. Went back and exchanged it for a new one before rejoining them for the last part of the course. Good wants.

Medium group ride with the cycling club. Hoping to go for a short run straight after this soon. Going to run 5 days a week max for the next few weeks though after last year's injury problems...

Run down to the killing fields running quite late. Session was 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2(1).
Ran the first half of the session but stomach (and legs for that matter) were having non of it and bailed as on the second 4 minute... Poor. Long warm down...
