Easy, was going to be longer but my legs had had enough of running in completely flat casual shoes and were getting very niggly. Thankfully the last day of that!

Jog to the lakes

6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 all with one minute recoveries. Keeping them all under 3:20s apart from the 6 which was just over. 2 45 final minute was all i could manage

And a jog back.

Steady around Copenhagen until my legs started hurting in all the wrong places. Not used to the road
