orienteering 1:17:00 [3] 15.0 km (5:08 / km) +350m 4:36 / km

Kept it safe through the first five, with a slightly dodgy route to 4 and a banana to five. Bad exit out of five and a bit of hesitation at the start of the leg then faffing around just before the control circle lost me some more lime so probably ~45 seconds there... Feeling exhausted through the next few but alright until 12 where I carried on running whilst retying my jacket around my waist and went for a bit of detour. Hid behind a boulder on the way to 13 for a while after the hail started absolutely pounding down! Quite a few misses in the final loop totally probably a bit over 2 minutes but all in all a good run. Things came together to give me JK victory!! Pleased to final get on the JK podium, let alone trophy!

Stable first half. Very safe on the first few controls then pushed on a bit from four. Lost time on most controls in the second half, kept on getting a little gap on Ali then being closed down in the circle. Really pleased with the result though, putting myself back in the mix...

A very poor effort on the sprint. Chest was restricting me a bit and i was just generally a bit panicky and slow with some big efrors mixed in there.

Suddenly feeling unbeleivably fresh, went out on a tester 3km jog and took 9 minutes. Also was looking at the sprint map for tomorrow earlier- thought it was the back of my hand lol.

Yet another non running day... Maybe being a bit over cautious but coughing up some crap and don't want to do any damage especially with a tough weekend coming up...
