Feeling tired and lost probably about 2 min 30. Really enjoyed the course though and good to get some more effort in!

Warm up with Tim before session. Rolled out of bed at 10:30 and started running at 10:35.

5x1km off >90 second. Keeping them all ~ 3:15 i think, not sure though. Still felt very strong at the end.

Note

Was planning on a short speed session but felt pretty exhausted after an hour and a half of tennis. Will save it up for a good days training tomorrow.

Physiological testing. Finished 20km/hr then didn't push for starting 21. Still pleased with that after not so good training and hopefully some helpful stuff.
