Warm up and extended warm down which was niiice.

orienteering 1:21:00 [4] 11.5 km (7:03 / km) +300m 6:14 / km

Going reasonably well for the first half with a couple of 1 minute mistakes. wrong route choice on the long leg lost 2.5 minutes before a faff with mikey on the final loop lost over six minutes. long way down but legs were there despite feeling utterly exhausted yesterday.

Short gym session to keep things going. Glute and hammy stuff then some pull ups. Downstairs for the hip stuff then some overhead squats. Finished with 5x5 squats on 80kg. legs feeling a lot better than Monday.

Feeling tired but decided to get out for a little run anyway.

Easy before and after with a 7 minute threshold before to see how I felt.

Blackford. Great fun on a savage area. Didn';t ever really click tha round was always the best option... Cheeky 9 minutes down on Tam.
