Another day easy. Throat sore last night and knee is too dodge to squat anyway so sacked gym and will do the set tomorrow or Saturday. Was toying with a tempo but tried running faster for a couple minutes and throat got a bit more sore so another easy day. Really nice run on my own around the meadows off the path. Very weirdly warm as well, too hot in a T-shirt.
Final exam tomorrow...

Didn't do the squats today as knee was too sore after bashing it on the door yesterday... Other than that some good core work and pull up testing. 952 on some machine and 15kg
